About A. Crouch Tree Services Ltd

The team at A. Crouch Tree Services is fully qualified in all areas of tree work including tree surgery, utility arboriculture, site clearance, hedge trimming and more. Our full qualification in Electrical Arborcare means that we are able to safely carry out tree work near overhead power cables and pylons. As a result of this we have become approved contractors with British Telecom, EDF Energy and Eon. Our work is of the highest standard and always completed within strict health and safety guidelines.

Our Qualifications

HND Arboriculture & National Proficiency Training Council (NPTC) units covering:

Chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting
Tree felling/ Tree removal
Aerial rescue
Climbing with rope and harness and using a chainsaw at height
Pruning and crown maintenance
Dismantlement

Utility Arboriculture qualifications covering:

Electric competency
Felling Trees near Overhead Power Lines from the ground and aerial
Surveying and Risk Assessment of work near Overhead Power Lines
First Aid qualifications for all team members
The safe use of all equipment on site including chippers, MEWPS, tractors, insulated rods and climbing equipment

Flood Control

We have over 10 years of experience undertaking flood control for the Environment Agency, this is a specialist area of ours. We are currently an approved contractor covering The Nene, The Upper & Lower Ouse & The Cam.

Tree Surgery

We are also an approved contractor for the Milton Keynes Park Trust, undertaking ongoing contracts for various tree surgery work to their required specifications.
